Labour has changed. Nationally and locally.
Amidst the chaos of 10 Downing Street, Keir Starmer, the Labour leader is growing into the job looking like a Prime Minister. After 13 years in power, the Tories have lost their way with no clear plan for Britain as the country faces multiple and uncertain challenges, the public-facing personal financial challenges; a crisis as the costs of living rocket and rising crime rates.
The country must have a choice at the next General Election and Keir Starmer is showing the steel and determination to provide the public with a real choice.
Locally, Hyndburn Labour has seen a radical change. Out with the old and in with the new.
Under new management, we are going from strength to strength.
With hundreds of members, the local Labour party are united in moving forward, to set out a new vision, and demanding higher standards in public life.
Over the past few months we have been working together on our plan for Hyndburn and our manifesto. Looking forward to the real challenges of the next decade for our residents.
Hyndburn Labour has sought yet again high quality candidates, candidates that can take this Borough forward.
Whilst the Tories select the same tired politicians cosying up to ex Labour councillors to gain power, Labour continues to move forward, to focus on the next decade and the big issues that matter to people locally.
Hyndburn needs change, and Hyndburn Labour can deliver that. The residents, transparency and accountability will be at the heart of our decisions, working for the residents and their priorities. People before party.
We are building a forward looking Labour Party, building back a better Britain and a Hyndburn prepared for the future.
We are proud to announce our candidates for the Hyndburn Borough Council elections 2024/25.
